Philip Pullman: "El Reloj Mecánico" / "Clockwork or All Wound Up"

 

Os recomiendo una lectura infantil, "El Reloj Mecánico" del escritor inglés Philip Pullman. Se lo regalé a mi sobrina de 12 años por su cumpleaños y le ha gustado muchísimo. Mi sobrina me ha contado que no podía dejar de leerlo y cuando lo terminó de leer, se lo prestó a una amiga del colegio, que también le ha gustado mucho y tampoco podía dejar de leerlo. Es un cuento de fantasía, de estilo romántico, situado en Alemania. Una trama compleja que se va resolviendo poco a poco a medida que se va leyendo, mezcla lo real, lo imaginario, lo demoníaco y lo mágico. Un regalo estupendo para los más pequeños!

I recommend a children reading, "Clockwork or All Wound Up" is written by the English writer Philip Pullman. On October I gave it as a present to my niece for her twelfth birthday and really she liked it very much. She told me that I could not put it down and when I finished reading, she lent it to a friend from school, whom also liked it so much and her friend could not stop reading it. It is a romantic tale of fantasy, placed in Germany. A complex plot that is slowly being resolved while you read it, mix the real life, imaginary, magic and demonic. A great gift for the little ones!
